Microsoft launched its Cloud OS Network (COSN) to recruit partners to deploy Microsoft Cloud OS solutions and connect partners with customers interested in hybrid cloud. Six months following the launch, COSN hadn’t yet met its recruitment and sales goals. Microsoft wanted to understand the cause and how to get COSN back on track.
