Archer & Associates, a technology-focused recruiting, consulting, and retained search firm, was looking to solidify its core value messaging to candidates, clients, and influencers as it expanded beyond current offerings and communication channels to explore additional industries, forums, and services.
BuzzBee collaborated with Archer on a two-part process that included a deep discovery phase and the development of a messaging framework. BuzzBee reviewed existing collateral developed by Archer, researched the competition and the industry, and conducted interviews with stakeholders and target audience types. Based on the findings, BuzzBee crafted a messaging framework that helped align Archer’s values and existing marketing materials to reflect audience perceptions, better target new markets, and identify gaps that needed to be addressed. BuzzBee then helped Archer define a plan of action based on the new messaging.
