The Right Fit

Flexible Persistence – You excel in a changing and challenging environment with tight deadlines and a quick pace.
Proactive vs. reactive -- You may not always get the level of direction you prefer, but that does not stop you from moving forward to the best of your ability.
Speak Up – Up, down and across the organization, we are not afraid to communicate with one another. We communicate early and often about most things. If you hit a roadblock, don’t spin your wheels – let’s talk about it and figure out a plan of action.
Knowledgeable – You possess the necessary knowledge of the organization and the project at hand. Your team can rely on you as a resource and they know if you don’t know the answer, you will find the resource that does.
Leadership – An outstanding people manager must be able to inspire people and garner respect. You never take your leadership responsibilities for granted and you personally demonstrate the behaviors and actions that you expect from others.
Understanding and Unity – You have the ability to build a team of individuals that possess different skills but complementary values. By developing a cross-functional team of people who have different backgrounds and come from different disciplines, you unite members for the common good of the team and the success of the project.
Communication Skills – A good people manager conveys his/her messages and ideas in an articulate manner that resonates with the target audience. Effective communication is essential to managing expectations, informing and educating your team and sustaining enthusiasm for the goals and objectives of the group.
Positive Approach - This is different from being an optimist. An optimist always hopes for the best despite the reality of the situation, and he/she may not appreciate or discover issues until it is too late. However, a positive disposition includes a healthy amount of skepticism and an understanding of the realities of the situation.
Nose to the grindstone - It is absolutely critical to keep projects on schedule. Your ability to utilize resources, prioritize tasks, and keep the deadline in sight will contribute to the success of the project and the project manager.
Big Picture Thinker - You know how to establish a rapid course of action for yourself that is sustainable and makes sound business sense for BuzzBee. We want to address the immediate need but build repeatable programs that add value for the future.
Engaging Visionary - You engage our clients and prospects in meaningful discussion to help them envision how our services will address their needs.
Techie Passion – You are a person that displays a great, quite possibly even obsessive, interest in technology and the industry as a whole. With your solid working knowledge of today’s technology environment, you ensure that BuzzBee has a creative and current edge in today’s market.
Quality Control - You can demonstrate your skills in organization, work planning, attention to detail, follow-through and follow-up.

If you have the energy, spirit, and skills to contribute to an organization where your efforts will result in your personal and professional growth, we want to talk to you. To apply please send your resume, 2 writing samples and a cover letter to .
