Primary Responsibilities

  • Demonstrates an ability to motivate and lead project team comprised of internal staff, vendors and client collaborators.
  • Collaborates and strategizes with members of the BuzzBee teams for optimal results on a variety of strategy, creative, and marketing projects.
  • Assume financial responsibility for project: monitors financial performance, controls project scope and reports financial health to all stakeholders.
  • Works with project resources to create estimates and budgets for new work on a variety of deliverables including marketing plans, campaigns, collateral, and digital efforts.
  • Writes proposals and statements of work.
  • Assists business development team with pitching new business
  • Understands and articulates project methodology and best practices to team and clients.
  • Provides input to team processes and standards to improve efficiency and productivity.

Critical Competencies:

  • A solid understanding of technology concepts including but not limited to: SaaS, network/infrastructure, Cloud, CRM, ERP, and industry-leading hardware technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment with internal team, partners, and clients.
  • Exceptional self-management skills, including die-hard commitment to adhering to deadlines and prioritizing effectively.
  • Skilled in presenting meaningful ideas, data, and results to clients.
  • Ability to work under pressure and with limited direction, at peak performance.
  • Excels at working with a variety of personality types and under various working conditions to ensure projects run smoothly.
  • Skilled at working with a variety of tools to ensure project adherence to budget and schedule.

Work Experience Qualifications:

Minimum 8-10 years agency experience overseeing and managing multiple projects at a time, potentially across multiple brands or clients. Ideally, you’re an expert at working with large technology companies, understanding the needs of their target audience(s), and navigating their ecosystem to help them produce B2B marketing solutions.

Educational Requirements:

You have a Bachelor of Arts/Sciences degree in marketing, technology or related field. Or you've earned your foundation with more than 10 years of highly relevant experience. Either way, you look forward to proving you have the chops to bring what it takes.
