Sales Enablement and Readiness Consultant

Primary Responsibilities

  • Craft killer battle cards, market positioning strategies, and both marketing and sales playbooks for client sales teams
  • Keep an open and frequently-used line of communication with clients
  • Engage and build relationships with sales people to teach them new selling strategies
  • Create resources that sales teams need to increase sales and revenue for their clients
  • Assist on sales calls and demos as needed
  • Determine content adoption metrics and define sales enablement best practices
  • Gather feedback from the sales team to constantly improve programs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and members of BuzzBee to define, scope, and create gloat-worthy work
  • Contribute to case studies, competitive information digests, proposals, and prospect-facing material
  • Accept and integrate feedback well
  • Bring your A-game to work everyday

Critical Competencies

  • 7-10 years of experience in high tech sales organizations
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or equivalent background
  • Fluency with enterprise software, cloud-based services, and an understanding of technical and decision-making IT audiences
  • Training experience preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experience launching new products
  • Proven track record for increasing sales through collaborating and educating sales teams on products
  • Excellent communication skills in fast-paced and dynamic work environment, with internal team, partners and clients
  • Good sense of what a buyer’s perspective would be in each situation
  • Communicate in a concise and compelling way
  • Comfortable analyzing numbers and pulling reports
  • Exceptional self-management skills, including diehard commitment to adhering to deadlines and prioritizing effectively
  • Ability to work under pressure and with limited direction at peak performance
  • High tolerance for nerdiness
