BuzzBee Art Directors are highly skilled creative professionals with strengths in creative leadership and design. The primary role of the Art Director is to set the visual and creative direction of our work. Best candidates have experience with B2B and hi-tech projects in an agency or marketing group within a large business. They also have a passion for visual storytelling and experience delegating production design.
We are looking for candidates who have experience with:
Creative Leadership
- Pitch key creative presentations to clients
- Initiate and facilitate creative brainstorms
- Author creative defense of concepts and present work to team and clients
- Design creative strategy and concepts for client work
- Create and articulate the value of design to clients and internally to BuzzBee
Creative Stewardship
- Own and manage storytelling methodology and tools for creative services
- Determine “right fit” client work and build a referral network to suggest alternative creative services
- Build and establish a strong stable of creative talent to meet a variety of BuzzBee creative needs
- Understand customer needs within the campaign development process and brings forward innovative and new ideas to fit the client’s needs to use to build a strategic creative plan for the client
- Develops creative programs and design concepts to create a company-wide standard of creative and innovative strategies to advance our brand
Design Development
- Develop creative concepts, composite designs/proof of concepts for print, PPT, motion graphics and web media
- Manage creative team for all stages of production and design activities to meet the creative direction, quality standards and goals
- Manage changes to creative through internal and client reviews
- Create design strategies that meet the budgets of BuzzBee and the client
- Knowledge of best practices and what is feasible in user interface and interactive design across all design mediums (print, web, motion graphics, video)
Desired background:
- Formal education in design field with deep understanding of industry standards and best practices
- B2B marketing experience for hi-tech industry in an agency or marketing group within a large business
- Experience guiding design team in executing on creative strategies and vision
- Experience pitching design projects to clients
- Demonstrated proficiency creating, delivering, and ensuring quality of marketing materials such as messaging/positioning frameworks, datasheets, white papers, solution briefs, storyboards, web content, videos, speeches, online demos, PowerPoint presentations, etc.
BuzzBee is seeking a senior level Marketing Account Manager to identify and close new business opportunities. This position is great for someone who is passionate about consulting with clients, building accounts, and creating quality marketing deliverables.
The best candidates have a strong marketing account management background, have experience writing and delivering on quality marketing deliverables, and can ensure established sales and revenue are met.
We are looking for candidates who can:
Develop Business
- Identify and closing new opportunities
- Present new ideas to existing clients
- Write proposals
- Distribute marketing material and obtaining referrals
- Attend Networking/Industry Events
- Travel, as required, to client facilities in the continental United States
Deliver Marketing Consulting
- Write and ensuring quality of marketing deliverables

- Develop and overseeing budgets and schedules/timelines for multiple projects
- Day to day client communication
Comany Stewardship
- Participate in company initiatives
Desired background:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred technical; Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, hard sciences or similar)
- Strong familiarity with Infrastructure Technologies
- Demonstrated proficiency creating, delivering and ensuring quality of marketing materials such as messaging/positioning frameworks, datasheets, white papers, solution briefs, storyboards, web content, videos, speeches, online demos, PowerPoint presentations, etc.
- 10 years working experience
- Four years B2B marketing experience
- Minimum two year track record of growing accounts
- Two years integrated marketing campaign development with one year digital experience (using Twitter, Facebook, or other social media platforms)
Marketing Managers are responsible for creating, delivering and ensuring the quality of the marketing work performed at BuzzBee. Best candidates will understand and ramp quickly on new clients and projects including correct positioning of message/tone in marketing campaign deliverables to target audience. Also, they will have proven track record in quality client interactions as well as an eye for the bottom line.
