The Microsoft Small and Mid-Market Solutions and Partners (SMS&P) team needed to provide its sales force with sales and marketing tools across four individual customer campaigns to support its Worldwide initiative of driving sales in the Small and Midsize Business (SMB) segment.
Working collaboratively with the SMS&P team, Buzzbee brought a solid understanding of the business drivers in the partner channel and created a detailed project plan and timeline to manage fifty deliverables with multiple audiences and various stakeholders. BuzzBee adapted high-level messaging across all deliverables, and ensured consistency and accuracy of the parallel content in the four campaigns.
BuzzBee helped advance the Microsoft initiative into the SMB space through collaborative campaign planning, comprehensive program management, and the development of deliverables with relevant messaging and design elements that resonated with the target market. The ready-to-go marketing materials—including to-partner and through-partner sales cards, sales and marketing guides, brochures, telesales scripts, HTML e-mails, and Web pages—were well received by the intended audience, and led to further collaboration between BuzzBee and the Microsoft SMS&P team.
